Is there a loved one, a relative, a friend, a neighbour, who is experiencing slight, mild, or serious memory loss, has Parkinson's Disease, has suffered a stroke, or is lonely doesn't see anyone from one day to the next? Then why don't you join us?

Rossendale Memory Choir meet every Wednesday at Kay Street Baptist Church Rawtenstall (next to the main Post Office).

The atmosphere is welcoming, warm and casual, our aim is to relax, have a good old sing song, meet old friends and new, have tea, coffee and biscuits - sometime even a piece of cake!

Music and song works wonders for the soul and the mind and is a must for members experiencing Dementia, brings a smile to the most vulnerable people, it gives carers a little bit of respite, knowing their loved one feels safe and comfortable, so come along join never know you may discover a new talent!

Who it is for?
People living in the community and who are able to attend with a family carer or close friend. (NB there are some people who attend with carers from other agencies – but please phone to check before coming).
